Invoices and payments
Term or automatic invoicing, GST tax invoices, card payments and Auto Pay through Stripe, receipts and overdue notices.
See how invoices and payments worksFamily portal
Upcoming lessons, the notes the teacher made visible, each piece and the stage it is at, the term report when it is ready, invoices to pay by card, a saved card for Auto Pay, cancelling within your policy, events to RSVP to and a conversation with the school — one sign-in for every child.
The home screen shows each child’s next lessons with the teacher, place and a maps link for host schools, and the notes the teacher chose to share. Families cancel a lesson from the portal and the policy tells them straight away whether it is in time, whether it is charged and whether a make-up is owed.
Progress is shown as the teacher recorded it: each piece the child is working on with its stage — learning, polishing, performance-ready, completed — the goals, exams and performances ahead, and the pieces finished, whenever the teacher marks them visible. The term report sits under Reports as soon as the teacher shares it: read it on the phone, print it or save it as a PDF, and the family is told when it is ready.
Open invoices, pay by card through Stripe Checkout, download receipts, and save a card for Auto Pay so a due invoice is paid without a reminder. Paid, overdue and credited invoices are listed with their history.
Families see the events board for their audience, say whether they are coming, and can suggest an event to the office. Messages with the school are conversations, retained and reviewable by administrators. Under My account → Notifications each person chooses e-mail or text for lesson reminders, lesson changes and cancellations.
Private teacher-to-child messaging is off by default; guardians are the route for minors. Messages are soft-deleted only and reviewable by administrators. A family sees only its own children — and in a group lesson, only its own child’s place.
In the catalogue
One line each here; the full list, by group, is Everything Muzeqo provides. Each name opens its group there.
A family cancels a lesson from the portal within policy; the app judges it in time or late and shows what happens before they confirm.
Families see each package’s remaining lessons or minutes and ledger, are warned as it runs low or nears expiry, and can request a renewal.
Invoices with balance owing and next due, pay online, payments and receipts per invoice, and each child’s package balance.
Each child’s next lessons with place and maps link, what they’re working on, latest notes, upcoming events, a make-up owed, booking, term reports and Message the school.
Upcoming and past lessons with Join for online ones, cancel within policy, make-ups owed and booked, shared notes, progress and videos.
Profile, notification preferences, saved payment methods and Auto Pay per student, password, passkeys, Google account, calendar sync and child logins.
A guardian or the office gives an under-18 a username-and-password login (no e-mail), on by default for the school, resets or removes it; the child sees their own lessons, notes and a Questions thread the parent reads and the teacher answers, never the family’s money.
A child’s own login lives in a full-screen stage with level, streak, an inbox and big tabs Quest and Me, plus Map, Play and Utilities when the practice tools are on, recoloured per age band, with an Add to Home Screen tip.
Illustrated avatar styles with a choice of faces and a backdrop colour, drawn on the server from a seed.
An adult student with their own login gets the same player in the grown-ups’ skin with Billing and Me one tap away.
End-of-term reports shared by teachers, to read, print or save as PDF.
A help guide and Muzeqo AI chat in the corner of every staff and parent portal (and the adult learner’s player) answers short requests in the browser first (go somewhere, find a piece), then with AI where the school allows it, with voice input; children’s logins don’t have it.
